    Yes the 6500 as Am General used in the 2004 h1 and the late model HMMV's is basicly the same as any other 6.5 the main differences were it was controlled by a Caterpillar computer system and used a mass airflow sensor it also has an egr system with an egr cooler to meet emissions.As for the p400...

I didnt remove the oil pan and check the bottom end. but there is definitely a difference in the weight and build quality of this as compared to any other 6.5.
