    IIRC the fuses your talking about are the ones for the posts at the back of the fuse center.

    The wire issue that was mentioned isn't the plug on the motor back a foot or so there should be another.

    That is simply dielectric grease. Shouldn't be used on the actual connection just used to coat it to prevent water from getting in. In other words make the connection and then apply it on the outside to seal it. Dielectric grease is nonconductive and can interfere with the actual connection

    Better would be to use an electrical corrosion grease such as anti-ox. It conducts electricity and the dielectric grease doesn't. It could interfere with the bulb getting a good ground

    Only thing that concerns me is the hot idle oil pressure is getting lower. The factory gauge is what a friend of mine calls a lie-o-meter. Thinks the factory made it read higher to keep people happy. I'll have to check it one of these days.
