2002 LB7 won't start. Low fuel rail pressure

Hey guys. I'm looking for any help or tips. I got an 02 lb7 that I have in my 96 crew cab. This was a running duramax/Allison combo. I physically drove the truck so I know it was. Im nearing the end of my swap/build (about 4 years later) and I cannot get it to fire. It will fire with just the...

    Lb7 weight

Ok I figured that. I'm not sure what it can be. I'm guessing it's just the springs. I had them made by Alcan and they are pretty soft so maybe there's a defect. Thanks ferm!!

    Lb7 weight

Does anyone know what the weight balance is on a LB7? I'm having a sagging issue on my 96 crew cab sas duramax. I was wondering if the passener side of the engine could be heavier. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

Looks a lot like a blazer tank haha. Tahoe tanks are about 30 gallons right??

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

Well I actually don't have a tank at all yet. Still just rolling chassis and engine/trans. But where are the Tahoe tanks located? Never looked under a Tahoe lol. So I'd need a suburban rear cross member also?

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

So basically I'm thinking about installing a burban tank under the bed in the same location as suburbans. I'd like a center mount tank rather than saddle bag like pickups have. Plus the extra range of a 40 gallon over a 25 gallon is appealing. I don't know the distance of the rails in the back...

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

You know what could have worked really good with yours. On my 96 crew cab 3500 the torsion bar crossmember was stamped to clear the larger tcase. It had a Borg warner 4401 tcase. It was actually curved back in the middle about 4 inches. I wish I had a pic of it. That's the one thing I wish I...

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

I did the same I'm trying to get the engine to sit a little lower. I'm using the 4l80e crossmember but the holes don't line up perfectly. All 4 holes are about 1/2 an inch off on both sides. I'm guessing that just from building the mounts

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

O ok. Did you buy the "Duramax swap guide" for the engine mounts? Or fab your own?

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

No progress lately. Gotta pay off a 1000$ fine by Aug 4 before I can buy more parts. I'm debating putting the cab on. Just worried about getting the turbo out with the cab on. And input on difficulty?

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

In the pictures its still not full articulation. The cherry picker was starting to flex and twist too much. I didn't want to risk breaking something. When I put the cab on with a fork lift I will flex it with the wheel on the forks. It will be more stable then. The last pic with the bumper just...

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

For springs I had alcan spring make me a set of custom leafs. At 830 shipped they were a bit steep in price but on the trail hopefully they will prove their worth. I got 5 inch springs. The bracket kit is a built in 3 inches so I should net 8 inches. Once the engine was is I was able to mess...

    1996 Silverado 6.5 Duramax swap

So I got the engine moched up in the frame checking fitment. It's the first time I've been able to see how the engine mounts I built fit since I made them about a year ago. I can see how the front independent 4x4 axle would make this a huge pain in the ass. But since I'm doing an SAS All I had...
