    Matuva: Thanks for the tip on Injector lines, will check that but it's almost impossible to connect those in the wrong configuralion ... Worth checking though .. The Glow Plugs are new & working properly ... John B

    JMJ.net; Not so here, you should be able to unplug the Optical Sensor & start the truck in a standby mode right? Also in the alternative you should be able to start the truck with just the Optical sensor .... again, in the standby mode .... We have gone through every check list about 20 times...

    Thanks for the reply: My first thought was timing too... Removed the front cover & checked. It is spot on. On the CPS, It was replaced before the pump went bad & worked fine ....Voltage in 5 & out 4.2 ... I guess the end of it could be blocked somehow .. It makes sense if the magnet could not...
