    No it will have 3" outlet so it will fit the existing downpipe, the actual hole size on the HX40 is a little under 3.5"

    I always put some pressure lube on the the threads to keep them from galling when putting together, but no sealer or pipe dope, the seal is done by the angle on the fitting

    Thanks Paul, I had the lines made by my friends at Brown and Miller they are Teflon lined, crimped and Pressure tested, Top of the line Nascar stuff, they are AN10 for good flow

    Here is the new setup for Oil drain, The lines are crimped and its PTFE Lined hose, Tig welded Bung in the fuel pump plate, this is all you need to cure the oil drain problem, It will be included in my Kits for the HX35/40II and the New kit for the HX40 also can be bought separately for $135.00...

    Its 12x1.50 but the problem is every one available is an6 and that's the 37 degree fitting, the OEM fitting is sae 45 degree and wont thread on a an fitting, I am having some made with that configuration
