Cause & Sollution: The OPS had failed awhile ago, so I had Tee'd off the cutoff's +12V and fed that to the OPS. That probarbly gave backfeed now and again to the wrong node. Just threw a diode in line with the supply, and now everything works fine. Got the ideas on how to attack the problem...
Thanks, and yes that seems to be stuck open, because it will run even if I pull the connector. However, I thought that was a secondary "safety" thing, and that the engine should stop running when you switch off the ignition regardless? And, if I remember correctly from the last time I measured...
Others have stalling problems, but mine won't stop running! I have to pull a fuse under the hood to shut it down. And to avoid it going into limp mode I have to pull the fuse to stop the engine prior to switching off the ignition. Any thoughts on this one?
