Well it's not currently working. It pops up the "service trailer brake system" message.
That's no trailer connected. Don't plan on towing for a little bit, so I have time to mess with it.
Haven't even had a chance to go through all the fuses yet. I noticed the reverse lights aren't working...
I did see his write up.
I'm going to see if forscan will connect. I have the usual android apps also. (Torque, car gauge pro, obdlink)
Oddly, they added a aftermarket controller. Which I plan to remove completely. Lol

LML.
Currently has a dpf back exhaust, I think. I know it's not stock. Lol
Tunes/deletes in the future. I see EFI does now offer tuning. (Some old info here needs updated lol)
252k, I ain't skert.
Couple dents and dings.
Need to figure out why cruise isn't working. Also a couple speakers...
Welp, replacing the ole 94 F350.
While I've seen plenty ford and durdge one ton SRW, I think this is the first gm one I've seen.

Maybe I misunderstood. Lol
I read it as you want to tune multiple vehicles, for "customers."
Or you just have one vehicle you want tuned?

I reckon it's common knowledge.
But I think something just as important as drill bit quality, is a good lube and also right speed.

Probably wrong forum to get the most answers.
But I would look at the alternator first. After charging the batteries back up and it sits for a bit, see if it feels warm.

I was thinking the same, then I did a quick search. I guess the lead in batteries isn't recommended for reloading.

May not have a lot to do with it, but I don't think there's as much new lead being mined these days. Or not as much recycled. Can't remember which. Lol
But also to do with everything being sold off to the cheapest bidder.
Typically factory installed batteries go longer than factory...
Could be.
We have some crappy roads up this way. And the ones I've seen have seen a lot of gravel.
And could be operator error also. Lol I doubt they were ever rotated.

Imo, Wastegate will in no way affect how the engine runs.
Now if the turbo was seized, would be another story.
I would start simple. Check fuel pressure (maybe replace fuel and air filter)
Check the accelerator pedal position sensor assembly.
