They're both 90's Chevy 6.5 trucks. At some point Interstate went from a black top with a white lower case to a green top with a black lower case. I was told that they had quit making the batteries and farmed them out to Excide.

Well my black top Interstate batteries are starting fail after 8 years. I have a set of green tops in another truck and they don't seem to be anywhere close to the same quality. So, I'm looking for recommendations as to what are the best batteries available today.
