I tried to hook up my "car code computer" and get some other real world numbers but broke my serial to usb adapter. So back to key board info.....
According to alldatadiy.....
Fuel Heater
The fuel heater operates when the temperature of fuel at the inlet of the filter housing is cold enough...
Food for thought......
This is not a common problem on 6.5's that I know of but I just had a friend have to replace injectors in a 5.9 because the injectors were leaky and would bleed down pressure causing hard or no starts at different temps and times.
Wonder if you have an injector or 2 that...
There were a few posts on fuel coolers over the years.
This was an old post of mine from the place...... Circa 2008
Clipped.....
I am always interested in more info on this subject. Since that thread I have learned a bit more.....

Jim over...
I have watched several of his videos and usually like them. I especially liked his duct tape one.
This one seemed like a good comparison but he tested the lubricity with the straight product not with it added to diesel fuel. That might have made a little difference. But the lubricity thing...
It is relatively expensive but I use "corrosion block" ( blockcorrosion . com ) on some stuff and it seems to last pretty good.
Fluidfilm
WD40's specific corrosion product
Vegetable oil and tarp
The sun is what kills most stuff outside so I have always wanted to wax stuff or use a sealant...
Yep little guys always get the pinch. Farmers are no different and may be the worst segment.
There is a series on Netflix called Rotten. It covers some of the corruption in different grown commodities. The show on Avocados was telling.
My home made torch has a regulator the store bought does not. I think a standard OPD valve will require some back pressure so you'll have to have some down stream control.
You probably will have to 2 stage regulate if you have a lot of torches.
Unless you copy a known design I think you...
Good points Dieselamatuer. I box garden and use news paper and pine straw to control weeds. A farm down the road uses a lot of plastic.
I have used the burner in the garden and clearing some shore line where I can't use herbicide and it kills some stuff easy other not so easy. That video...
Ideas and thoughts:
Maybe make it a skid-mounted unit and put it on a trailer and take it on/off so it is not a single purpose trailer.
I would use some hard pipe and put some distance to the tank from burners so if you have a flame up you can turn the tank off and or master valve.
I have had...
Looks like a nice truck. I have seen some old power wagons and square bodies that I would have liked to have.
There was a guy near where I use to live that restored an old Coke delivery truck pre WWII. I like those old original restorations.
Or you could be referring to a gripping wrench like this. I have seen them in open end and a boxed end style.
Both the ratcheing and these type I sorta felt like they had better be high quality steel - same with adjustable wrenches needed to be good quality or they could easily round off stuff.
I have seen similar speed or ratcheting open end wrenches. I have never used any but have been curious about them.
I'll give a plug for the adjustable wrenches with the tightening or locking adjustment mechanism. I received some for an xmas gift and have found them useful. They get a good...
A solenoid generally will burn itself to a short if it can't travel to the point the induction flux is balanced reducing current thru the coil just like inrush current of an electric motor if it can't reach synchronous speed soon enough. Sometimes motors are limited to certain starts per hour...
The fuel metering solenoid has to be set to the proper depth so it strokes correctly. I think the window is pretty small.
The "cone/needle" and seat of the closure mechanism has to seal and the solenoid has to be at the complete stroke or it would burn out trying to continue to draw higher...
What do you want to do with the timing? Having messed with the timing its a lot of electronic manipulation. You move the IP to set base time and then check top dead center offset. My understanding is the ECM then makes adjustments to timing due to programming. I am not sure you could...
My gut tells me ....
Looks like reworded and rebadged Cetane improver. Its just different verbage for improving ignition similarly like improving Cetane number.
