The crank has already been turned once, I assume I just need to replace it. Is there anything spcial about the vortec 454?

If that was an issue I'd think there would have been more issues than just an erratic idle and vibration at idle. With a little throttle it always cleared right up.

I did a few break stands before I got the sensors replaced, that test was inconclusive. After that I tried it and it would push through the breaks at 1600 then light the tires.
Today I tried it while grossing 25k.... 1800-2k so stock low stall.
No codes. Its all electric on the 4l80 and it shifts nice.
I assume stock cam, it was driven by an older man (60-70ish) as his work truck building houses and is a one owner truck.
The cam could be wrong but how could you get one this weak? Lol the stall would also be interesting to know too.
Its a 97 vortec 454 w/ 4l80. Cleaned throttle, cleaned maf w/ maf cleaner, new iac, new ect sensor, new downstream O2 sensor. All stock as far as I know. Rebuilt engine and reman trans both with 5k on them.
To hold 55mph loaded it down shifts to 2nd alot.
