    HOLSET HX40W, non-gated HX40 & Super HX40?

I believe it, on my Caravan, had a 3" intake system that went to a 4" adapter at the turbo, GT35R. On a hunch, I changed it out to a true 4" system, I leaned out really badly all over the map, had to adjust my fueling at least 20%.

Loosing coolant since I put new cap on

I would take out the stat and run it, see if you get bubbles etc, then replace with an AC Delco unit.

    Heater Core Leak

No dash needs to be lifted or come out, as said, just peel back the carpet for extra clearance, cordless or air 1/4 ratchet makes things soo much easier and maybe remove the glove box door.

    A military rebuilt 6.5

No offense to anyone but that trans case looks like it just came out of the truck. It doesn't even have a coating of mexican silver, lol. I could be wrong but stall and Torque multiplacation are one in the same, I've never heard of anyone talking about TM yet alone specs.

What do you guys think about Water/Methanol kits?

He was doing oil analysis, started doing WMI, did a sample, noticed scary readings, changed the oil and filter, stopped using the WMI, resampled, clean, changed oil and filter, fired up the WMI, bad readings came back.

Yes, bolt angles are different so you need to redrill the stock 6.5 intake or use the van stuff and make it custom, that's what I am doing.

What do you guys think about Water/Methanol kits?

I have to cut my grass this weekend, :p Just becareful with windshield washer fluid, its very dirty. A member on the DP was doing oil analysis and his bad levels shot up, it was from using WW fluid. Switched to pure methanol and distilled water, levels cleaned up.

    No turbo after 50 mph?

Sounds like its working just fine. Maybe gearing, aerodynamics etc is coming into play. The less boost at cruise, the better.

    1994 5.7L Tuning, MPG

Magnaflow's and Walker Ultraflo's sound good. I would install a set of shorty headers, or if your going with a new y-pipe, might as well go full length and go with the ball/cup flange instead of the POS 3 bolt flange, they never seal. Headers will make a HUGE difference, even the shorty's...

Actual GM/AC Delco part #'s for cooling parts for a 6.5 turbo diesel and where to get them

Guess its 50/50. I've used the 2886 and so have others with great success. So the choice is yours.

Bring it on! Att vs. Hx35

One thing I'll add, I love the sound of these engines around 3500-4000 rpm with any of the upgraded turbo's above.
