    A military rebuilt 6.5

I'd put the TDCO back up to -1.94. Bosch India suck, I posted pics of low mileage ones. I'd say change out injectors with known good ones. Also, make sure the exhaust isn't touching the body or frame, that the engine and transmission mounts are good and not broken or collasped. I just did...

I 2nd what Jay said. Can't remember, did you install Poly engine mounts? That could be why.

    6.5L TD Motorhome repair/repower

Never heard of it and your 4L80 can take anything your engine can produce. For a bit more beef, they could add some 4L85 parts.

Banks sidewinder exhaust manifold group buy.

Looks great. Are you using tygon for the return line? If so, its not that good, its overhyped. :( Mine got very hard after a few months and started to leak. I see you have zip ties on but for the price of tygon, you can get a decent return line that doesn't need clamps.

    6.5L TD Motorhome repair/repower

$75 is fair. I bet that yours has a unique output shaft due to the e-brake being there. 2wd and 4wd have different length shaft's as we all know.

98 fan clutch smaller than 95

I used a die grinder like above with the large fluted bit for cutting aluminum, cuts plastic without plugging up. Just be warned, you can get carried away, lol.

Nothing looks better than a freshly painted engine. Its a shame to install them, they get hidden by all the crap, :(

    Injector knock on start?

Some have managed to get them out without removing the turbo. Do the drivers side first, then get it running, then do the passenger side.

    Universal HE351 VGT controller

Certain year Dmax's had cooling issues. They don't run water cooling on regular Holsets and when have you heard of a Holset Cummins failure? I know they use water cooling to prevent coking but they probably put it on the VGT due to the extra heat produced. :wacky:

    Universal HE351 VGT controller

I think they did the water cooling to stop the VGT system from overheating. My guess anyhow.
