Just a quick update for anyone interested , I have just done 1500 K`s over the last 3 days , Ran great , I kept an eye on the fuel pressuer and it dipped a bit low on some big hills so i will change out the lift pump today and stick in the caterter i have here , so looks like its all good ...

I have mounted a 0 to 15 psi gauge in the dash for the turbo boost and fuel psi so can keep an eye on it ..i will upgrade the pump as soon as i get a chance .i will do a pump wire upgrade while im there ...thanks again .. Rob

Thanks Will L. I will buddy i need a new pump as i have taken the topoff the IP and removed the OS , I turnned the motor over and a part of the encoder wheel is missing ,,, so no fixing that ,,, cheers all Thanks Rob

AK , I would have said that also ,,, the only thing i see is the injection pump does what its meant to do ,,, it pumps ,,, Its the encoder wheel that runs thru the OS thats not picking up the signal to send fuel to Number 7 ,,, I think i will pull the OS out then roll the motor over and look...

AK The P30 comes standard with a 4 inch pipe , On my post about the optic sensor i think we have sorted it tho , with the CPS its only since the last week the truck has fet slugish Im hoping that when i find a cps and install it the truck will drive propper again

Wll , Your a legend brother , The truck ran with the CPS unplugged , But would only try and start with the OS unplugged ,,,, Looks like a crank sensor is needed ,,
