At the most I have hit 11psi of boost. I don't have it turned up too much. I'm not into pushing it. With Murphy always hiding in the vehicle, I try to stay on the safe side.
That is why I run thew WMI. You know, I have heard that but have yet to see anything negitive. Everything runs the same, well a bit better. But I run the WMI just about all the time.
It's not that small. Just looks that way from the angle and that big assed plastic elbow. They have a 750cfm IIRC and it does make a huge differance over the stock one for sure.
I'm not sure. I have the stock rubber elbow that was on the 95 filter box. Then I just went to Lowes and got a pvc plumbing elbow to my filter. So I'd probably need the whole assembly. I'll have to check into this when I get out of school and back to work.
I hit the bone yards in Oregon for a few years trying to find the K47 filter set up. For some reason it was the first thing to go. I guess I should try now I'm in a new area with new bone yards.
To each his own, Brother. We all have our favs and an opinion on all the others. It's like the "glue thread" on the wood workers forums. Everyone has his opinion. And if it makes all of us that use something other than what you use "gay" then, I guess so be it. I just hope you feel better about...
Yeah, they flow very well and trap alot of the smaller stuff that the factory set up didn't. I was getting alot of sand like particals in the turbo. I changed the set up and have not had that. And I have cleaned some pretty bad dust out of it the last time I cleaned it.
Personaly i was wanting...
So I must be a ricer street racer. I've been using two of them for a few years now. I have not seen any issues with the two. I clean/change them at oil changes or when needed. I'm not wiping gravel roads out of the turbo as far as I can see. And after looking at the K&N filter vs the Specter vs...
Your still kicking that cummins thing? I thought you ditched that idea and was going to keep it right. Don't let those "C" word guys talk you into it. They are just wanting to get every GM owner to give up on a great product.
It's a conspiericy, man! Their out to get you, for sure, man!:D
I like the dry rub and then put in the Smoke N Pit with Hickory for a long slow cook. In at 6am then on the plate around 4pm. Just long enough to make it melt in your mouth and the whole block drool. I've had neigbors walk by with a fork and plate in their hand.
Oh yeah, no sauce...
Just send the pistons back with a photo copy of your ass with "kiss this you son of a bitch" on it. You have to get new ones anyways, might as well put a very large drill bit threw the crnter top of them to boot.
Yeah, I forgot mine at the bone yard one day. I bet if I got a new one and had it chromed, it would give me a quick 80 horse and another 200 miles per gallon.
