    KOKO trouble

Resistor should have no bearing, years ago some member removed it and it made no difference on Obd-2. That stays in the ECM memory. Obd-1 it relearns it every 50 key starts.

    KOKO trouble

It needs to be above 170F to relearn, that may be where the problem lies when it gets warmer?

    KOKO trouble

I'm not sure but IIRC the key on/off has to be done a couple times in a row. Someone more knowledgeable will chime in. I have CarCode so that is what I've always used.

    How to Recalibrate/adjust your speedometer

I went with the speedo, I've never got a ticket with a faulty odometer.

    How to Recalibrate/adjust your speedometer

Years ago we had mile marker lines on the highways, they are no longer there.

    How to Recalibrate/adjust your speedometer

FWIW, I probably rearranged the VSSB 3-4 times before I got a speedo reading that matched my GPS. Either the speed calculator is a bit off or my GPS is?

    Tranny conversion

I posted somewhere, a comparison was done between a Hummer and an EV. The Hummer won hands down, when you take into account what goes into an EV battery, to it's disposal. It also took into account the life expectancy of the vehicles

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

The Diamond eye has the band clamps, SSD just has muffler clamps. With some heat the muffler can be removed. It isn't that bad that I'm looking for a job. No drone, which is what I hate

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

I installed mine to be louder so to say 10 years ago, today I would do it different. Still a lot quieter than my buddies 454 with headers and mufflers that dump behind the cab. That gets old real fast.

That was my first thought as well, great minds think alike, so they say :)

Those straight through mufflers with the louvers, I was told if they are turned to catch the exh. they are quieter than the other way around.

GMT400 Dash Savers I found online

Looks like it would work. Also looks nice. At the moment I can't remember the vendors name, he offered a solution for that problem. It was basically a small angle iron or z iron that fit the slot.
