So, latest info. AMG is re-certifying all their heads now. There is an allowable leakage. They are willing to send another set of heads after certification if you like. They would then test/inspect your heads to see whats up. Im not sure if they would want your heads now though? If you run them...

I just spoke with quality control and they said they will be sending you a set of new heads. They want the old set back for inspection. They apparently go though a lot of effort to insure quality and I am waiting on an email with their procedures.

I didn't read every post, but if your running a mechanical LP the fuel probably got in the block from there. The diaphragm gets a hole in it the n fuel is pumped into the engine.
I would convert it to a FRB5 LP.
I include all the orings and crush washer for all the years. I think yours is 99? You will use best fitting large oring to seal to block, one small orng on bolt close to threads and medium oring in housing close to head of bolt.
