Mighty green here right now. Walked down to get the mail yesterday and this is as much green as we ever see before flowers start blooming. With the exception of the poppies, of course...
The barn area they are cleaning up has a rock/gravel base. Typically those are pasture kept animals instead of stall kept. That rock just gets scooped up with it. It'll add a bit of lime to the manure though. I had that situation when we had the herd here.
If you plant radishes with carrots, as you pull the radishes, it helps thin the carrots for you. Marigolds spread around are always a good pest deterrent.
A lift pump may delay the inevitable problem. Lack of lubricity in ULSD in America is mainly the culprit. A CP3 conversion is NOT cheap, but it's a lot cheaper...
Basically you'll have to replace the entire fuel system because of all the metal contamination throughout it. Last I heard it was around 6-8 k. You'll need a CP3 conversion to go along with it. I put almost 7k in my 2013 to solve the problem ahead of time and added a 'few' other related trinkets...
I've been gardening ever since 3 years old. Our farm here that we've been on for over 35 years is full of my flower beds and we also have a 40x40 ft vegetable garden that, itself also includes flower bed accents all around. I'd venture to say there is close to 1/2 acre total in gardens. It's...

Well the Truck only has 51k on it too. But it IS 9 years old. Doesn't help that I came down with a brutally painful case of shingles for the 1st time in my life too.
Out of the blue I had my trans fail big time today. Shifting from neutral to drive and it slammed into gear and sent a message about stability control and park assist faults and was limited to 3rd gear on the way home from town. I read 46 transmission codes set. Called around but the only...
Well it was a bit spendy on the front end but it is nice to not worry about those bothersome performance choking bits...
Not to mention the great exhaust note.
Too bad I don't get out to the interstates any more like when I worked. I get great mileage at 70 and above.
