    '04.5 LLY - EGR Block Help

    OK...I verified my LLY is not a CA emissions eng. Now I want to Block the EGR. I made a blocker place using a spare gasket as a pattern BUT... The valve has 4 bolts but the gasket has only 2...What gives? I had the dealer order by my VIN to be sure it was the right one....I'm confused...

    Lost My Kitty.....

    I'm a little curious... When you all remove the Kitty, how do you avoid the computer throwing codes AND...How do you manage to pass the emissions testing (if you have to test it)? This is 1 of the things I would like to do to her truck to improve the mpg's (currently 16.6 - 17.2 or so)...

    Turbo question

    Was watching powerblock TV today and they wer installing a turbobrake on an '08 DMAX. Interesting stuff! Now they also mentions a Variable Vane Turbo but they never showed the swap out. So my question... Is the stock turbo already a VVT? And...if so, would it also be stock on my '04.5 LLY...
