    Electronical Fuel Pressure Gauge

I am going to use an electrical gauge. I considered one pre-Lift pump and pre-inj pump but I think i will just go with one. Mounting in the overhead console using a mount from @Twisted Steel Performance I have a mechanical but have no plans to mount it at the moment.

    Electronical Fuel Pressure Gauge

I have seen stone snubbers, needle valve types and some other type. I am leaning toward the stone type for a fuel pressure gauge - maybe some sort of orifice?. Any recommendations?

    My 2005 Yukon XL

I had planned to use the Borgeson units also but read reviews where people claimed it wasn't too long afterward that they experienced the same issue. Meanwhile, I just deal with the feel up through the steering wheel. I'll have to see if I can get my eyes on the one in my wife's '05 Suburban...

I think we're all hoping this metal ended up in the filter before anything else happened to harm the engine.

    Fuel system setup

I asked about the seal in an earlier post and since what came with the FSU was an O-ring rather than a flat OEM type of seal, I opted to use what was supplied from the factory. No lubrication was needed, as the FSU just sits down in place and doesn't spin.

Mine got warmer than I like to see this past summer pulling our fifth wheel on flat ground for about a 10 mile trip. I had to turn off the A/C and haven't had to do that since before I replaced my radiator when I suspect it was plugged. The cavitation mentioned in that dieselpage article makes...

Husker said this: If a guy could obtain the unicorn, it sounds as though it's capable of doing the job, though, and allows a better fit for the DB2. Is that about right? I still wonder how much that '96 design will flow in comparison to the later dual thermostat design.
