I've contacted the shop that produces those flanges, they won't make them in ss... So I'll play on cad and make my own, I'd like to use 1/2" for the flanges and transaction from rectangle to round on the flanges, but we will see, I'm not to good at cad...

@n8in8or Could you post a pic of how those flanges fit on the head around the glows and other humps on the mounting surface? Another question sense you are in the area, if a person used 1 1/4 diameter sch 10 ss pipe and connected 2 cylinders into 1 pipe, do you see room to have 2 crossover...

This is how I cut the broken bolt hole. Another view from the front. Looking from the TOP, the bolt hole cut down the middle, you are looking at the lower portion . Then I cut this in half, there is a water jacket, the jacket is in the inside part of the bolt hole... My advice...

@DieselAmateur I'll see if I still have cutaways I did years ago. I also still have 1 scrap head I can section in that area. The thing with welding or brazing is the heat may bother the head gasket ...
