What flywheel/flex plate did You install ?
If it was not specific to a 6.2 or 6.5 then it will be out of balance.
But IDK if a gasser unit would mate to a 6.5 diesel.
There are bulkhead fittings. Bore a hole through the oil pan, select a suitable nylon gasket for the bulkhead fitting then secure it to the pan and add a temperature sensor to the bulkhead fitting.
Weird things going on with TS lamps, check the bulbs. If there is a broke filament they can jump across and cause the other lamps to all ignite.
