Good afternoon, Thanks for having me in this group. Have a shop in Eugene. Looking for a 12553327 harness or info on what it does

Welcome to the forum. If that is the engine harness that goes from the firewall forwards then go to www.quadstartuning.com and they sell new ones on their site.

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

I’d love a copper radiator. Maybe I’ll do some digging. I think copper rads was mainly for units with vertical cooling tubes and tanks top and bottom. I will looksee.

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

I have to make a trip over to Sheridan Wyoming this coming Friday. On the return I want to make an attempt at getting into the cabin, if the snow is not too deep, take a couple of nights in there. I’m needing the truck so the OE type radiator will be getting installed. If Chris can get the...

Be sure that the pulley is the proper diameter, if Your blazer has a tach. Oh boy, you had done a previous exchange, if the pulley on the original alternator was a different diameter then it could throw off the tachometer reading.

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

On another look at the top side of the radiator, it appears that it is actually the top four tubes that had loosed from the tank, observing the washed away thermal coating.

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

Appears that the top three tubes had began to separate from the tank. This is the area that I was not suspecting of having a leak. This is where all the foamy was located. And this is the area that I had suspected of leaking. With the radiator still in place I seen the fins that had been...

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

That seepage is on the top two right hand corner tubes of the radiator tank.

Regulated air pressure at about 10PSI And the leakage. Same end as what I thought was damaged but on the opposite, top side, not the bottom. This area has no damage and there is no leaks in the areas that I thought was suspect of leakage. IDK how well the JB weld will hold as there is...

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

Top picture, remove that bolt and ground wire, shine all three, the grounding surface, wire terminal and the bolt. Then peel back the plastic on all the battery cables and shine them up too. Sometimes those plastic insulators can be removed, if so do that then shine those terminals and give them...

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

Traveling to Ohio and return, Illynoise and Indiana was the highest prices we seen. 5.59 a gallon was the norm and one area was 5.69 a gallon. Coming back and in Wisconsin, Minnesota the prices had dropped into the $4.00 range but I dont remember the cents. Seems $4.29 was the lowest. Marathon...

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

I’ll attempt the fix before I unbox that new OE radiator, then it will still be in the original packaging and will be much easier to return to Oriellys. 🤷😹

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

I’ll have to get the proper size expandable bung plugs, get them firmly set in the hose ports, make up a barb to air hose coupler and use hose to connect that to the over flow fitting then use the pressure regulator and air it up, I do already have mixed up a spritzer bottle of dish soap and...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

I have a gasket installed that is a two layer metal unit. Might be some kind of heat proof material mixed in. I have been trying to find another like that but to no avail. Parts stores says there was no gasket between turbo and manifold on our engines, they handed me an all steel gasket for a...

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

Radiator warrantee is screwed. IDK how this got all these dings and dents. Shroud fits good and fan blades at a proper distance within. And the lower right corner where it was leaking. I see there is some kind of a low heat aluminum radiator repair that the tubes are warmed enough to melt this...
