No trans shifts great. Fluid looks and smells great ( as great as tranny fluid can smell) No service engine light. Trans had a light overhaul on it about two years ago. By light I mean it wasn't a full rebuild. I will get the codes pulled as soon as I can.

If it is a low pressure, could it be a high volume low pressure pump? If so is that really that bad? I will try to get the casting numbers. When I rebuilt the motor the timing set said it was at least a 94 engine. Where is the Julian Date Code? thanks for all the help, I am use to dodge gas...

I just took another look. So there is a silver plug with a very small hole in it that is jammed way up there. The valve on the other hand, I can push it up and down with a piece of wire. Seems to push very free and easy.

Both stock and mechanical gauge hooked up, new oil cooler lines, new sending unit, mechanical gauge with copper line is new, no kinks in any of the lines. there were no metal fragments in anything all was clean. Using Delo 15W 40 oil.
