Last second thought. Maybe something got missed in the flushes and a piece of trash from the compressor made it back to the orifice tube?

Ok, I must have missed the condenser swap by reading too fast. I'm not sure about running without an orifice tube. With nothing to turn the liquid back to gas you could run the risk of liquid getting back to the compressor.

This is not a good sign. I would think air should blow right through the condenser.

What port are you adding the 134a to? That looks like A Lot of dye!

Nothing wrong with the spray bomb! How difficult is it to get to the actuators? Fingers crossed, mine are still good for now. I'd like to see how well the running lights and turn signal show through that tint. Is that the Night Shades stuff? Never seen it quite that dark.

I always thought sagging doors was caused by worn out hinge bushings? I know mine have a little wear in them and I was planning to replace them. I used Rustoleum on an open car trailer and its still holding up fairly well. Its far from perfect, but it still looks ok. I think it was 15 years...

How about a micro switch on the throttle linkage and a timer? Let off the throttle and come to idle and the linkage hits the micro switch. Timer starts for a preset time, then times out and starts the fan until you bring the truck back off of idle. The timer could be optional of course. I...
