    Wont disengage....

    we had also gone muddin with it through some swamps, and then up into the sticks so i asked a friend. He said look to see if somethin is jammed up into the manual shift on the transmission cause that could be makin it stick

    Wont disengage....

    I have a 1990 GMC sierra pickup. Just today, i was comin outta field after retreiving a deer for a friend at our huntin cmp, and the 4wd wouldnt disengage fully. The lights go off, and it feels like it disengages, but makes a rattling noise and Im unsure whats wrong. It doesnt make the noise...
