There is a fellow member here on the forums that lives in NY. He might be close enough for you to meet up and help do wrenching on your rig till you heal up. @DieselAmateur Lives somewhere in NY, and there are a couple of others up there too.
If you don't mind us asking about your injury, what happened? hope your okay and heal fast.
as for getting an oil change done. don't know about any of the shops in your area, but do you have any friends or other folks near by that would assist for a nominal fee? you could pickup the oil and...
On the IP the threads under the factory barb fitting is 7/16 orb. you can sub a -4 an male as it uses the same thread and the flare end won't contact anything threading in, just put an o-ring at the base of the male thread. -4 to -6 an hydraulic adapter will work and use gauge port adapter...
There is also a sort of wax compound that can be sprayed on as well as a fogger that comes in a can with a straw made for coating inside frame rails and areas that are hidden you can't access like the inside of rocker panels and whatnot. I would find a place that you can put it on a lift and...
I forget the name of it but they do make a sealant used on RV roofs but iirc it's only in white. you might stop by and talk to some of the RV shops and see if they can get it in black.
Most 3d printed parts have the weakest point between layers. printing in the right orientation is key to strength depending on what it is. most of the parts I have done in the past with TPU I really haven't see separate between layers "yet"
I would think if we increase nozzle temps some...
Hey guys, I just watched a video where they 3D printed bushing and motor mounts out of TPU and they held up perfectly fine. TPU is thermal poly urethane, a form of rubber that is widely used on a lot of things. I was amazed at how things held up and wondered if others have heard of this...
Yeah, it's got double grove pulleys on the crank and WP already. all I would need to get is a 70 model gear box and some hoses. I can't remember if the pitman arm or the steering shaft use different mounting. it's been too long since I did one.
BTW, on the steering column, aren't they able...
I found this site that shows all aftermarket brackets. I might have to go with something like this and move the compressor to install power steering.

stop and get you about 6 to 8 feet of heater hose and some clamps so when you can, replace that hose. might also do the replacement at the auto parts store so if you need a fitting youll be right there.
as for the gauge, it can change if the voltage is high, but a high output alternator...
What does that small hose run to? that brass fitting looks like its a threaded end with the hose just shoved over the threads.
on the oil pressure, what does it normally run? any voltage changes like is the alternator overcharging?
Finally got it to load. can you see from underneath if the leak is coming from the edge of the hose at the water neck? I would try the double clamp on it and see if that seals it up. if you need to, with all pressure released from the coolant system. carefully loosen the clamp and slide...
video isn't loading. but if the hose seems fine. check the clamp. those worn gear clamps with open up by un-screwing them. then you can slip a second clamp over the hose without pulling the hose off. after that if it's still leaking, then it could be the neck on the radiator.
iirc that is dexcool. if it says in the front "for GM vehicles" it's dexcool. @Will L. can tell you for sure.
when you get home you might consider doing a full flush and replacing it will good old fashioned green. at work I hated the fact that they went with orange/red coolant. when...
if you need to replace the hose, you might even drain it in a grassy area then quickly move the truck to pavement to get under there to do the work. that way there's no disaster epa mess in the parking lot LOL
you can do the repair in the auto parts parking lot but let it cool some first. and make sure there is no pressure on the cooling system. get you a clean drain pan and pop the hose off. try to catch as much coolant as possible. I do not recommend draining by the radiator drain if it hasn't...
