    What flywheel/flex plate did You install ? If it was not specific to a 6.2 or 6.5 then it will be out of balance. But IDK if a gasser unit would mate to a 6.5 diesel.

    There are bulkhead fittings. Bore a hole through the oil pan, select a suitable nylon gasket for the bulkhead fitting then secure it to the pan and add a temperature sensor to the bulkhead fitting.

    Weird things going on with TS lamps, check the bulbs. If there is a broke filament they can jump across and cause the other lamps to all ignite. Next thing is the grounds.

    Not the manifold, just the ring of bolts around the turbo and the V-band clamp, along with the oil feed and drain back right at the turbo. If that would aid in getting that one GP removed. IDK about the turbo flange studs, if they are stainless, the nuts most likely will remove quite nicely...

    Welcome to the forum 123. I do not understand one thing about such a conversion as this. Seems with a wiring diagram, a set of gauges hooked to the AC system that it should not be that difficult to get wired up. Probably follow how the original AC system was wired to the original AC units.

    Fuel system setup

    I eliminated the sock. But I’m also running the air dog lift pump with its filtration system. Before replacing these systems the PO had eliminated the tank sock and had installed a 3/8ths” inline steel shell fuel filter. I purchased/replaced the entire unit.
