    I just recently changed my Universal Joints on my front axle. I removed the original sealed units and replaced them with greaseable u joints. All I had was Red n Tacky grease. Is that OK to use in them? Or should I get something different? Red n Tacky shows good for high heat applications.

    Coolant Filter - Who's running them?

    I've been running a coolant filter since my truck was new. I tapped into heater core hoses. I have had zero issues. Filters are good for 75k. In the filters for GM engines there are no tablets inside like the filters for the Fords. I'll see if I can grab a few pics later...

    Nah. It's all good. So weird. Years ago there were several straight 6 motors. They all seemed to move away from them to V6s. Can't figure all this stuff out even with instructions.
