I have a friend who is shop manager for a refinery pipeline company who welded mine. Can’t tell you about the process.
There should be a ton of these lowers available. You can install this as is and run it while searching for a new one.
My experience you crack them torquing them down over a...
The back is 3” corrugated from the downspout. Off to the left is an adapter which takes the 3” corrugated to the 4” PVC handling thin and thick wall. Guess I have my answer: need thick wall 4” PVC.
It says 4” schedule 40. It’s dark out so I’m not going to check. My feet are shit and that trench is treacherous. I measured the schedule 40 pipe and the OD was about 4 1/4”. The ID of the Y was 4 1/2”.
Y is 8” x 8” x 4” schedule 40. 8” schedule 80 pipe glued in just fine to the Y. The issue is the 4” Y is too large for the 4” schedule 40.
I will head to Grainger during lunch tomorrow and get this addressed one way or another.
All the Y’s are this way. They require a larger OD to glue fit. The Y says 4 inch, but the ID measures 4 1/2” to 4 5/8”. The OD of the schedule 40 pipe is 4 1/4”
As title says, schedule 40 pipe the OD is too small for the 4” inlet to the wye:
Did they sell adapters? Or do I need to buy 4” schedule 80 pipe. The 3” to 4” adapter over to the left has two different size ODs for 4”.

The powertrain control module (PCM) will log this code if it determines that the timing of the diesel-powered vehicle's high-pressure injection pump fails to meet specifications. Common causes of the P0216 code are failed high-pressure injection pump, transfer pump issues, and a clogged fuel filter.
BTW none of the ICON kits have the lower control arms and you don’t get their upper control arms until Level 3 which costs $3,300. So none of them address the LCAs, plus increased maintenance issues over our current Bilstein 5100s which ride perfectly fine.
