The ..390 TCM was used from 1994-up when a 6.5 diesel and 4L80 was used.
That 6.5 was an N/A with mech. IP VIN "Y" L57.
Came in vans, commercial vehicles, school bus conversions, ups, frito lay, etc.
panel trucks. Not pickups, burbs or yukons.
Do not trust any application list you see, most are...
That is correct on the CPS.
The IP you have is a 24v. military version.
You need to replace the top and 2 solenoids with 12v. parts to use it.
The military TPS on the IP can be used if you are using a 4L80 trans.
I do not have that info.
AFAIK the 6.5 diesels (trucks & suv's) all use the same CC module and cable.
You know GM, many part numbers for the same part.
The 12554092 CPS the military used will replace the ESS signal exactly.
It was created to replace the ESS because the ESS would not clear the center mount turbo.
They also made the low profile oil pump drive to get more clearance.
Those CC modules are all the same, difference is the cables.
If that is a diesel CC and the cable is good, grab it.
The CC modules are easily found.
If your rig has CC already it is easy to wire up the CC module,
almost everything is already there.
The hardest part is finding the CC cable for a 6.5.
I think that is an oil cooler line clip, I have no proof.
The trans cooler lines clip is on the pass. side and is part # 10224905.
All my 6.5's have it.
