Maybe doesn't matter?

Silly question on a Radiator cap. For what year do I order? 95 truck using 98 style bottle. Couple different ones available. With ears which is what was on the tank when I got it. Pink label also shows up for that year but I don't know what that means, nor does the dealer.

I see them around here occasionally too. One even plays on an opposing team my girls play against.

Have you ruled out the ignition switch as WarWagon suggested? Mine was doing goofy things and I'd never have guessed it since the one I had was a new OEM part not too many years earlier.

Are you suggesting mine is not correctly put together @Will L. ? I thought the way @WarWagon described it was the way I had put mine together. I had a small gap and pulled the torque convertor toward the flywheel when I fastened it.

Is the wrap on that the 2" width @WarWagon ? How was it to work with? I was considering 1" with as tight as the bend is on the adapter from the downpipe to the turbo inlet.
