    Look the TCM has no idea how you drove it. It has several cells it stores the learned information into for each gear change. If you put it into Fast learn and then go Race you will destroy the transmission, so NO do not do it. While it may work for some it will not work for a stock transmission...

    If you have read the unit properly then they have a typo as it should be mPa. That is a unit of measure for reading pressure 30 mPa = 300 bar = 4350.9 psi The Desired is what the ECM is telling the pressure to be at and the Actual is what it really is. Those number look fine so it's not a rail...

    If you have a scantool look at the actual rail pressure and the desired rail pressure when you have the problem. If they stay close together its not a regulator if the Actual is high by more than 500 psi you've got a regulator issue.

    The only thing that I learned with mine was to go back over all the mounting bolts after your first tow. No real problem but I found that several bolts needed just a bit more on them after the first Tow. They were tighten with a torque wrench both times.

    Just check with the people who do the coating and ask them if they can coat hole in this size range. The hole could be opened up to allow for the coating but I doubt it still will work. Most plating processes do not work in small holes, but you never know without asking.

    I think what you would need to do is leave the EDge off for awhile and see if you get a code again. If not then it is the Edge that causes it. This is how the Edge and all other pressure boxs increase the fuel and maybe in your case it is on the edge of being too high. Start a test with no Edge...

    I would think that the small size of the hole it would not be possible to get the coating to apply evenly and smoothly enough. The injector tip hole size is ~.0061" and the seat area that wears out most times is the return seat and it ~ .010"
