    Coolant Leak

There is a few coolant connection (plastic quick connect) right under the passenger door? Please check there. It is also the lowest point of coolant flow. So when it leaks, it leaks. I had replaced the quick connect in mine with metal barb to barb.

    Stepper Motor Fault

I agree with above. Somebody can chime in but I don't think there is a connection between the fuel heater and the ECM. In other words, I have not seen the fuel heater cause any DTC. However, the short in fuel heater can cause fuse blow up but that happened when it is connected. I would check...

Lift Pump Not Working, Where to Start

I agree the fuel system pressure have to be build up. I would also make sure that the LP is on all the time during this process. Start by bleeding the LP to FFM first and keeping the LP on crank the engine with some GP out with some pause to cool starter. Make sure both batteries are strongly...

    6.5 vacuum pump delete

Whoever made the ACDelco filter is not that good anymore. I am sure after that filter study, the K&N probably have made improvement in their filter media.

    6.5 vacuum pump delete

You definitely will not need the Vacuum Pump for non turbo. I am not sure what is the benefit other than one less part to worry about.

    HELP!

Sounds like batteries are low? Did you do LOAD test on 2 batteries one at a time? By the way, the way you crank it, will burn the starter.

Lift Pump Not Working, Where to Start

If I were you, I would install it and see if it solve the problem, at least runs the LP. The harness override the OPS to run the LP.

Did you install the new OPS?

Lift Pump Not Working, Where to Start

Did the engine run? If yes, you can open the t-valve and see if fuel is flowing. If not, you can jump the relay and then open the t-valve to see if fuel is flowing. The OPS in a 94 should be on the back near the firewall to the driver side of the FFM.

    HELP!

You need to do diagnostic of the fuel system and the electrical system. Make sure you have enough fuel, 1 or 2 gallon is not going to start the truck. Old fuel will NOT start the truck. Load (not Voltage) test the batteries one at a time. I am assuming it has 2 (two). Also make sure the...

    6.5 replacement

It is not going to fix the blow by. If the piston is worn out, it will NOT fix it. It is just a maintenance to see if it can prolong the engine life. Nothing is going to be perfect with old engine. By the way, is that Km or Miles?

    Lift pump

That pressure 2-4 psi is needed at the IP after filter. So, where the LP is located, you need slightly higher since there is efficiency factor like it will loose 50% of the capability after getting up there. Just my thought. May be I am overthinking it. The 93 LP is spec for 9-14 psi but I...
