    Be careful on the pump shown in that link will not fit Your 6.2. The one You need will have a flange instead of a pulley and that flange will have bolt holes drilled and tapped for You V belt pulley to bolt to.

    Leroy all out of time keeper sets. I seen they was OOS on his we site so sent him a email. He said He most likely wont be ordering more of those in as it takes about two years to sell his 200 count minimum order.

    Oh yeah, took the truck to the body shop, getting the new window motor assemblies installed, new window opening seals and new drivers and passenger side window, new switches and a new inside door handle on the passenger side. Thats about all for now.

    Yup, none of the pumps that I have seen will work on Your belt system. I do think that there are balanced flow pumps for the V grove belt/pulley but IDK what the PN is for those. Maybe @dbrannon79 or @Will L. can plop in the numbers.

    Or You could seek out the micro groove belt system from an auto salvage and bolt it to Your engine. That then would require an alternator made for that mounting system and if it has the AC compressor on the RH side then the belt system would need to be of the earlier micro groove belt system...

    I believe that AC Delco might make their balanced flow pump for that system. The multi V belt system drives the coolant pump in the opposite direction as what the single micro groove belt does. So the flow cooler or any of those other pumps will not work on Your truck. It has to be the pump...

    I have a new flo kooler pump setting here, never installed. @Will L has been involved in extensive studies about coolant pumps and what works. The AC Delco balanced flow pump is the one that GM finally developed for these engines and they really do work. On Amazon there is AC Delco authorized...

    I went with the Air Dog as it also has filters on the pump. If I had to do it over I believe I would go with the FASS system thats put together in a kit for the 6.5 diesel engine.

    FASS is a real good pump. Delivers plenty of fuel and is never starved for PSI. Your IP will be real happy with that. Calling in @ak diesel driver as He has one of these on His truck.

    Timing chain and sprockets, or, go for the gusto and order in the timing keeper set from Leroy Diesel. Removes the chain and sprockets and replaces them with a gear set that most likely will never need to be replaced and timing between the pump and the pistons will never be off again.

    Thursday the truck goes into the body shop to get the window motor/regulator, new door window glass and door glass seals installed. And a new Right side, inside door latch release too, along with switches.

    One more series of items getting replaced. Door window motor/regulators, switches, window glasses and the seals right at the top of the window openings. Having the local body shop handle that. Had them do the drivers window control mechanisms on the 91 Oldsmobile and it still is functioning...

    60 mile round trip to church and home. Trip took about an hour longer than usual, pot lick Sunday. I stayed for the meal, based around the spanish/mexican meal. The truck run round trip without a hiccup, belch or phart. I feel it now is ready for Ohio.

    Practice. Drill several holes in a plate of steel. About 3/8ths inch thick should be good enough. Figure the diameter of the bolts in question and the thread count. Tap the holes.
