    ‘99 AC stopped working

I believe that You have made the correct assumption. If the AC still blows cold with the blower on high then I too believe it is the resistor.

‘99 K2500 variable speed on wipers not working.

The GM Square bodies had a module under the dash. I am not for certain but I think the delay was moved into the wiper motor unit. I seems that I have read where people pull the wiper motor, remove the cover then solder some joints in the wiring that comes loose. Right where the wiring terminal...

    new member intro, bayman425

I do believe that @Big T did an upgrade to one of His Suburbans and may have posted a thread on the subject. I do know that He did use a tapered reamer to get the knuckles to accept a different tie rod end or something of that nature.

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

Wonder what would happen if You used pliers and sort of squished that section of hose back to round again ?

Banks confirms the WarWagon ATT tests

There is an LED on my three gauge pod. The LED lights up when the electro/viscous fan turns on. If the wifey or someone else is driving I can have the AUTEL Maxi AP200 going and read the actual temp that the fan control unit is seeing at the Thermostat housing.

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

Send that picture to Leroy in an email and I think He would add the necessary components to his kit to make it more adaptable. He may even mail You the components.

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

The kit I got for my truck came with elbows, IIRC there may have been 45s and 90s.

    6.5 Performance issues

No water in fuel at all. To My knowledge. I did have the injectors tested and adjusted by a real good shop in a close town. The injectors didnt have many miles on them between the old and the new engines. New India Bosch units from Leroy Diesel. Truck seems to be running mighty fine like since I...

Banks confirms the WarWagon ATT tests

I’m happy to see Your return and am willing to learn all I can from Youse guys knowledge base. It is the turbo from War Wagon that is on My pickup. I seldom haul with it but I surely like this AT Turbo over the GM8 with the Wicked Weeel conversion.

    6.5 Performance issues

I have the AirDog lift pump system. At the port on the LP I have a Glow Shift sending unit screwed into that port. I also have the JVC No.6 fitting into the IP and the FFM is the feed the beast from Leroy Diesel, a swivel fitting screwed into the inlet fitting of the IP with the 1/8” NPT port...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Made the trip beyond the 20 miles where the code P0251 popped on the SES lamp. A total of over 80 miles. Another 10 miles farther on I-94 to Rosebud, pulled into that town and cruised the abandoned main street, turned around on the west end and headed back home. Stopped at the rest area for a...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Took the truck for a short drive, thats with the injection pump I purchased from BlackHMC4 on the Hummer Network Forum. Took the truck for about a ten mile run. No codes and the truck seems to be running just fine. Longer run coming right up.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Too tired after work to do anything. No test run tonight. Not going to the cabin tomorrow. Son tlod me they got a lot more rain over there than here, be mighty rough sloughing through the mud to get into there.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

The plan is. After work, take the truck west on I-94, 10 miles, to the local access and see how it does with that, if it runs good then continue on for two more miles to the Moon Creek exit. Turn around there and come back to town. If the truck runs and performs as it should then taking offa...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

I was going to post up the numbers on the AC gauges from My truck to hopefully get it so the clutch dont cycle so often but with this bad run of injection pumps it has not run long enough to do much of anything. Tonight finished installing the intake, turbo and inner fender and the air filter...
