That attached originally to the back of the cylinder head on the passenger side.
Uses a very short bolt.
I dont know the dimensions.
I do believe that @WarWagon used to post about adding grounds or not attaching grounding wires to the proper locations and how it could cause some type of an...
Yup, too leight. Already pulled the turbo. Couldnt seem to get that heat shield to give up its position.
It was an easy hose to get too too. Towards the rearward side of the No.6 injector return hose, to the No.8 injector. The end of the hose had split.
I just could not tell where the fuel was...
IIRC, there is a grounding bus bar to the left side way up under the dash.
At least I sort of remember the 78 K20 that I had there was one under there.
I might be wrong on that too.
That could have been on the 93 K1500.
I have a nice supply of Gates 4219XL fuel hose in 1/8 inch.
On the back side of the hose it is rated at SAE 30R7.
Is this a high enough rating to withstand extended periods of diesel fuel return hose ?
According to what I read on the specs it lists diesel and bio fuels too.
Just checking before...
I cant seem to get my truck running long enough to get to adjust the volume of refrigerant in the AC system.
What a phocking nightmare.
The truck went 380 miles, got home and laid cardboard under the engine portion, not a drip or drop one.
Other day thought I could smell fuel.
Drove to the...
I first thought saw tooth off set tool.
I have My grand fathers saw tooth off set tool and it looks very similar, except, the saw tooth tool has an adjustment to set o how far off the tooth will be bent.
I also have the saw blade vices and files that He used.
IDK if anyone now days would ever...
Possibly go to a store that sells rebuilt torque convertors and have them send that one in with specific instructions that you have to get that TC back, none other.
Still the possibility of loosing that one but I really dont see any other options.
Used to be mom and pop transmission shops that would do a flush job on TCs.
I have had that done multiple times and had no ill affects.
Other than that it is up to what @Will L. replied back with.
Put it back in.
Oh My. Yeah, pull that resistor and check the wires and terminal plug.
Might too believe that the plug at the blower motor might be burning out.
IKN about testing at the resistor.
I imagine there should be power at at least one of them wires.
