    Marty try using a 5 of clean diesel directly to the IP and see if it helps. May have to run for a bit to clean some of the dye out

    I've reused intake gaskets several times. Just inspect them good. On the dye some people have issues others don't. Don't know what the variables are , maybe fuel quality, maybe optics.

    Personally I wouldn't bother if it has a crack already. To me that indicates the rest is not far behind

    At 25 I'd be experimenting with 2nd. Higher rpm will help cool the motor more. More coolant flow and more fan speed

    The only thing to watch out for is the tiny vent hole on it. Other than that I couldn't find a chemical in my shop that would hurt the diaphram inside.
