Actual GM/AC Delco part #'s for cooling parts for a 6.5 turbo diesel and where to get them

That's good info. Are you referring to a spin-on type fan and clutch assembly? I did upgrade the water pump to the spin-on type fan.

Actual GM/AC Delco part #'s for cooling parts for a 6.5 turbo diesel and where to get them

Went ahead and trimmed the shroud by removing a small section. The lower hose has a separate conduit type sleeve on it so that will help protect the hose from the anything coming off the fan blades. It no longer rubs. I used my table saw to cut out the section.

    Oil pan bolt spacing measurements

Since we're on the subject of starters; what are your opinions on starter upgrades say from Powermaster? I still have my original starter and I'm considering an upgrade to go with my new GEP motor.

    Oil pan bolt spacing measurements

This is the best I could do. Same side as the starter but a little bit forward of it. The motor is sitting on a wooden crate that my new GEP came on so I couldn't get to the exact location of the starter. I imagine the spacing is uniform. If someone has a oil pan gasket that might be better...

Hard start and grey smoke after repair.

Are your glow plugs working? I once swapped computers in a truck between an "F" vin truck and "S" vin truck to see what would happen. The glow plugs would not activate with the foreign computer...just thinking you should confirm activation of the glow plugs.

    Turbo Exhaust/Waste Gate Housing cracked

I would consider to just run it. Given the location, I don't foresee any catastrophic failure potential. Besides, how long have you been running it anyway? Meanwhile, keep an eye out for a replacement.

A gear oil saturated brake pad can become sticky and bind up the brakes from releasing.
