    Yes it does, the rubber hose that comes up out of the return line next to the one that comes from the pump is the one the runs down the valley to the tank.

    Fuel does not go back to pump. If solenoid opens your should see fuel flow out of pump through clear line.

    Well put this truck back together last night. fired right up. set the timing , did a crank relearn and called it a night. So being a brut for punishment as they say. it's maiden voyage we 50miles to work. I made it. so that's a plus. now a list of things the need attention i didn't know about...

    I ran a Dynomax 3in single on my old NA 6.2 and exit in front of left rear it had great sound. long time ago lol looked like the first one you linked a bit.

    All good my friend, I am going ask now.. To the great A/C specialist here .. yes we have some! spiral or parallel flow? fixed or variable for this truck. compressor was locked up, going to replace all but evap.
