Is it guaranteed? I would take it to where it was rebuilt and see if they stand behind their work. I'd do that ASAP. If you mess with it much, they might be less inclined to warranty any work.

Amsoil does have more than.1 trans fluid now. I've only used the older stuff. I don't know if they changed the formula when Dex 6 came out. I long for the days when I stocked one kind of trans fluid. One kind of coolant and mostly, one kind of oil.

I've never had much luck reviving an auto trans with a fluid change. Even though I always changed my trans fluid and filters, I still never made it over 300,000 on an automatic transmission. I'd just change the filter and see what it does.

Are there any places that would rebuild either of your injection pumps that you could overnight it to And get it back in decent time? Could your air infiltration be after the fuel supply hose to the IP - at the nipple or the fuel pressure gauge T area?
