For a compression check they make adapters to go in the glow plug hole. You'll need a higher rated testor as the range is quite a bit higher than the gassers
Pretty standard spacing around here. We have snow to deal with, also being on 2' centers allows plywood sheathing to be applied directly to them. Hopefully these trusses are overkill
I've got a dual IAT gauge. Was going to have pre and post turbo. Never got around to the pre. I have an aftermarket tune and have never been limited by high IATs. Don't remember what my max IAT was but probably in the high 200s low 300s. Also probably helps not having hot weather too.
So I reworked the light and bracket that holds it. The bracket didn't have anything to keep it from spinning on the bolt. So when you loosened it the vertical adjustment bolt the light would flop around. Most annoying. So I welded a couple of pieces of square stock to it to prevent that. Then...
