 talk of the dunes... I'm small potatoes with my 17 year old truck.
------------
I didn't grab the escalade panels, just the wood trim.
-------------------
Go figure, I made another trip camping......
Ended up going to a bachelor party in the woods as well.... And had to off-road...
I'm thinking about doing a grey suede insert on the fabric of the door panels.... Then put the escalade wood trim on top.
Too much maybe? All for a cloth seat truck to take camping.....
all our sand is fairly packed right now cause of the winter rains, in summer it gets much more fluffy. And it wasn't easy to get there, the truck wants to dig with the tires up at 60 PSI.

Picked up a little class at the boneyard over the weekend. Found a near perfect set...
I'm sorry I got side tracked. I have a harness, bases, and amber lenses available. The only thing I don't is the well nuts and screws. I would do $100 shipped for that set, or if you want me to pick up the hardware I can and let you know the price.
Yeah, they draw way less current. I've had a lot of issues with headlight switches in my 88 towing my fathers trailer prior to him converting it to LED. So much that I ended up relaying the trailer parking light feed.
I had some filed complaints about the bumper lights not matching - and yes, they were temporary as they are what I had at the moment. I finally picked up a let of the LMC glass 88-89 lowbeams and threw some HIDs in them. Matches the front lighting MUCH better.
Don't piss me off. This is a...
I don't have a diagram, i can tell you the trailer plug goes to a fuse panel on the tongue of the trailer. There is also a ground point that should go from the tongue to the plug and another to the battery. The fuses are running lights, left brake/signal and right brake/signal. the wiring rungs...
I know they are dirty right now.... I need to get better pictures of both all cleaned up
Also, have a few more things up my sleeve for the dually. More lighting upgrades.
Still have inserts left. I'm honestly surprised with the amount of GMT400 trucks on this site nobody has gotten any!
Also, I picked up a harness, bases and lenses and will be putting up complete sets shortly.
Well, considering I will be selling a truck to fund this truck is a whole different bag of worms. If I keep the 02 the going will be much, much slower.
Figured it may be time for a status update.
The transmission in the 02 GMC failed (for those who didn't hear in my dually thread). I parked it in the shed awhile since I'm not in the mood to pull the transmission right now. That means the 88 came out and I've driven it around a little. Thinking...
With the 02 GMC down, I decided to park it awhile and pull the 88 out of storage... Here it is next to it's younger brethren. Between these two trucks I can light up the world.
And, just to show how slide in campers are a PITA, here is the clearance of the tires to the front jacks. No room for...
Packed up the gear and headed out last weekend. New stance definitely makes the camper look more proportional.
Locked and loaded.
And somehow, we managed to find 50 deg and blue sky in February.
Pretty much looks like an entirely different truck. Tires did great out in the sand...
Well, my 02 Sierra lost the transmission - no reverse and 2nd - as of Tuesday. So, the dually is put up for the DD status currently.
Snapped this pict today :)
Drove the dually to work today... Snapped this pict in the rain.
So, one of the problems I've had with this truck has been water. When I bought it the HVAC box would fill with water, the cab lights filled with water, and the carpet was always wet up front. I fixed both issues, it was end of...
