Dang, you do it up. Your updates are always great. And you had me there for a second with the 2016, but I knew you had way too much time and effort into the 99 to ever let it go.
Do the heated seats actually work? My 98 Tahoe had heated seats, but the heater had been left on so much on the...
Yeah, I was looking at the 05 the other day, and the rust is about to creep past the plastic flares in the back, the rockers are getting pretty crusty, and the front fender dog-leg is pretty rotten. Makes me sad how this shit deteriorates, even if you try to take care of it...
Looks like Summit Has Pre-Bent Stainless kits from Classic Tube:

We have a 2000 Chevy K1500 with almost 400,000 miles on it and its brake lines have never been touched that I'm aware of, not even the soft lines. It's been through 17 MN winters too...
The stuff at the parts store is NiCu, Nickel-Copper Alloy. It's rated for brake line pressure.
From what I hear there are a couple tunes out there, probably inline boxes? Sounds like they can grab 50 HP pretty easily and a bit more torque. Going beyond that, I have no idea.
I have my own grease-gun that I hide in my toolbox for my projects and stuff I deem necessary. Everything else on the farm gets good 'ole parts store grease, whatever gets bought by whomever buys it, lol. Unless it's a super specialty setup, it's more important that it gets grease when it needs...
Dirt Every Day, which is a spinoff of Petersen's 4 Wheel and Off-Road, which is under the same umbrella as Hot Rod, Motor Trend, and Roadkill and all that stuff, swapped this motor into a previously 4 cyl TJ Wrangler and had good results. There's a couple episodes on it:

My dad found that post in a google search and is convinced that it's the culprit. Could air in the system really be pushing coolant out? It doesn't...
Yeah, I was just watching a YouTube vid (Finnegans Garage, Mike Finnegan from Roadkill). He bought an 06 LBZ Dually and it was getting hot, he flushed crap out of the stack and it fixed his issue. I really need to clean ours, it's never been apart and our truck sees all kinds of shit that'd plug...
I hate to say it, but the new interior is leaps and bounds above the old trucks. The seats are awesome, good ergonomics, the MyLink system is actually pretty decent. I wouldn't want to go back to an LBZ if I didn't have to...
