Unfortunately we couldn't do the test. Working on a van is a PITA at the best of times, and with the manifold on, the test is pretty much impossible. We'll try the FSD first, then the pump.

No fuel at injector line with engine cranking. There is fuel at the air bleeder valve near the oil filler tube. The truck is in a heated garage at 15 C. We did the tests listed here http://www.accuratediesel.com/nostart.html. It seems like the PMD or the IP.

Sorry. PMD is oem mounted on IP.
