Did that $35K include a new interior and new paint job?Pressure at the injection pump is 10 PSI. I installed a raptor lift pump when I did the new build. I spent $35,000 on the total build.
Why not just install a new GEP Optimizer long block?EVERYTHING I DID IT ALL MY SELF. BIG JOB THE MOTOR WAS A RUN MOTOR COMPLETELY REBUILD AND THE TRANNY.
I have the extended harness from QST and that ground wire from the terminal connector is entirely too short.Sounds like you're on point with the pressure.
For a ground, you can use anything convenient to the IP Harness... the intake manifold bolts will do. After checking the extended harness, if there's an anomaly, check the harness at the IP. That will confirm or deny the extended harness' reliability. Check pins/blades to ensure they're straight too. Easy to bend 'em, especially the aftermarket ones.
Similar on The 1994 in frigid temperatures. It took me forever to figure it out. There's a thread here someplace. I think it was glagulator that gave me the bits of information that got.me on the right track.I had a bad extension cable that created headaches for weeks chasing a start/no start condition, extremely frustrating.
