The crack is not in the normal places at the screws on top, which tells me it cracked there from something impacting it. I watched the video on removing it and it’s something I could do in about an hour.

They have a replica dash for 92-94 GMT 400 trucks and it goes for $449.95. If the 96-99 is the same price, that could be a viable option.
