It was a bad crimp on one connection

Got the A/C evaporator and heater core back in. And hvac box back together. What a PITA. Anyone have good idea for resealing around to tubes? All old foam is falling a part.

8 Lug 1/2 t Subby can get arguments going.. lol it's a rebuild... Not Had local RN's try to argue that one with me a few times.

If you look at that cover just right it will just fall off in a lot of pieces at least mine did lol sorry about your troubles man.

I get it, IMO the 4l60E is very finicky. Not everyone that builds them is reliable. I hope you find someone there that is good. I had a uncle that lived in Valley stream. I worked for him in the summer a few times out in farmingdale..

Looks like you slowed down to long on the BELT, And lost your trim rings and center caps .. 😂😂 Any slower and you would lost your wheels too

Still using the Hayden one but truck had been off the road for a while. Just started driving it again last 2 months

I have had the pressure relief valve hang open on the oil pump and cause that. Post a pic when I find it.
