    The Kennedy Diesel website says they have the grey Stanadyne PMD......as mentioned above I think the FlightSystems PMD from Leroy is the way to go.......

    Thanks.....that site was great when I joined 7 years ago......got a lot of help and good advice from a slew of knowledgeable folks. But that doesn't seem to be the case any more. I figured it was all over when that fella from Oklahoma pulled the plug! 🤣

    Forgot to mention this earlier......the carrier bearing has a little steel strap on it, like in the pic here. It is broken....not sure what it does. Is that a big deal?

    That thought had crossed my mind. I would hate to replace good original parts with unknown quality new parts. But if they really need replacing I don't see a way around it. Just try to get OE parts......although sometimes you have to go aftermarket due to NLA or discontinued. It's a crap...

    My pinion seal is starting to sling some diff lube, not a lot but is making a mess. My question is this.....would it be a good idea to go ahead and replace the u-joints and the center support bearing while I'm at it? I got the truck in 2010 and it now has 140K. Not sure but I think they are...
