    Yes, it is not going back that way. I did not feel like messing with the front diff, yet! It does need to come out for leaks. Thanks for the reply, hope you have a Merry Christmas.

    I cut the head off the bolt. A lot easier than removing the front diff.

    I was able to Dremel the rust off with a stone bit. Once I did that the bushings slid right in with some silicone lube. I did not know about the GMT 800 brake conversion. Maybe in a couple of years, I am currently replacing everything on my front end. Thanks for the reply DieselAmateur!

    Lower Control Arms

    It seems the lower control arms are discontinued and nobody makes them. Mine are messed up enough I can't install new bushings. Let me see if I can add some pictures. Anybody have any ideas? Thinking a machine shop is my best bet.
