Leave it alone . Tape it and forget about . The new number is 23504005 . The Diesel Place has a few threads on it . Basically GM found out that they needed glows even when warm . That was a switch and then just a shunt . My 86 has it but yours being a 91 may be different .

Um , where's the return line ? There should be a hose instead of a cap in the last photo . Goes across the front of the heads and connects to the injection pump , both sets of injectors and then to the return line on the frame .

No photos but I have a couple of these from engines that were parted . I also have 2 complete engines that I can check for the correct parts . You will need the plate for the waterpump which I have . If you really want all of this , just pay for shipping asI can't see me using them . I'm in Md...

This mounts on the right side ? If so I have it .

I have all the parts for the 6.2 .

There is a temp sensor in the wiring harness in the trans . Maybe check that out .
